Newt Cottage

This pretty, stone farm cottage stands in a tranquil country garden, beside an old grass meadow with a small stream. The Victorian cottage has been thoughtfully restored with care for the environment, to preserve its lovely old character and traditional features. After a day exploring Northumberland what could be more pleasant than relaxing with tea and homemade cake before a roaring fire in the old black range?

There are two sunny bedrooms; deep feather duvets are topped with organic cotton bed linen to give a wonderful night’s sleep. Newt cottage has a green heating system and we’ve used eco-friendly paints and products throughout. You can enjoy a wonderful holiday, confident that you are helping to look after the environment.
